For eligible technologic research projects receiving key sci & tech (unds of national, municipal or ZGC Sci & Tech Park plans, a maximal support of 5 million yuan is offered:

O   For eligible technologic research projects passing the expert appraisals, a maximal support of 3 million yuan is offered;

For eligible technologic achievement transfer projects (autonomous R & D or between non-related units) passing the expert apprais­als, a maximal support of 5 million yuan is offered;

4 For those receiving domestic inventions, utility models and appearance design patents, each award shall receive a support of 20,000, 8,000 and 2,000 yuan respectively. For those receiv­ing foreign inventions, each award shall receive a support of 100,000 yuan;

i> For those entrusted domestic patents starting paying tax in BDA. a support equivalent to 100% of yearly patent maintenance fee is offered;

i For foreign patents achieving an annual export sum of over $ 1 million, a support equivalent to 60% of due yearly exporting patent maintenance fee is offered;

O For special and key projects wilh core technologies and outstanding economic returns and those capable of filling domestic and international voids, a special support in excess of the upper limit sum may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
