Some funding supports will be provided for key national or municipal projects undertaken by overseas high-level talents. And these projects have autonomous intellectual property rights and advanced technologies and they can fill domestic voids and are capable of industrialization in BDA;

4> For venture capitals investing in enterprises founded by overseas high-level talents, the investments may contribute 10-30% to the total investment amount. The single contribution is maximal at 10 million yuan. A joint investment may be made with the venture capitals in enterprises founded by overseas high-level talents. The contribution percentage should not be over 10% of total investment amount and a single-sum has a maxim of 10 million yuan;

<> For enterprises founded by overseas high-level talents renting office and manufacturing venues at designated Incubation zones, they are entitled to a subsidy of rental fees. The subsidy limit is equivalent to 50% of actual rental fee within one year of the dale of renting. The duration of subsidy for a single enterprise Is two years and the total limit is not over 2 million yuan;

^ The enterprises founded by overseas high-level talents are entitled to receive an interest-deducted supporting loan. The interest-deducted limit Is 50% of yearly loan interest as calculated on the basis of basal interest rate. Each year the maximal interest-deducted limit is not over 2 million yuan. And the maximal interest-deducted duration is 3 years;

<> For those overseas high-level talents pioneering and working in BDA, they are entitled to receive supports in patent expenses, enterprise founding, post-doctoral researches, housing, relative-visiting abroad, spouse employment, child schooling and health examination, etc.
