All the candidates will receive a honorary certificate, a prize cup and a bonus;

<> Selection criteria: (anyone fulfilling any of the following criteria is eligible)

•                During the process of research and development, those making systemic or innovative achievements in researches whose academic and technological levels up to those international or domestic leading fronts. And remarkable application returns have been obtained;

•                During the processes of high & new-tech development, research achievement conversion and industrialization, key technological problems have been solved so as to drive forward the industrial development and the technological progress. Up to the interna­tionally advanced or domestically leading levels;

•           During the processes of introduction, promotion and application of high and new technologies, innovativety solving key techno­logical problems and obtaining remarkable economic or social returns.

•           In terms of obtaining or applying an invention patent or develop­ing a new product, remarkable returns have been achieved in replacing imported products or filling domestic voids;

" Senior managers who have made outstanding achievements in economic development and scientific & technological advance­ments in BDA, whose management concepts and methods have been promoted and applied in practices and whose founded or managed enterprises having achieved remarkable economic or social returns;

•      During studying at the Post-doctoral Research Working Station, those whose undertaken research protects or topics having achieved a major break-through and the achievements up to the internationally advanced or domestically leading levels;

■ Those who have mastered solid labor skills, summarized unique operating methods, made outstanding contributions in techno­logical innovation, technological retooling and problem tackling, etc., and generated great economic or social returns.
